our mission is to make journaling, as a tool for good health, more accessible.

One way we're doing this, and giving back, is by supporting causes we are aligned with by donating journals. For every Six Week Journal sold we will be donating a copy of The One Week Journal to one of our partner charities. We are always on the look out for partners who might benefit from our journals, if you are interested in partnering or have any suggestions then please do get in touch with us.

Deptford Reach, are a support centre local to us in South London:

"Deptford Reach is a day centre supporting over 2,500 people each year who have been affected by homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, mental health issues and social isolation.

The centre provides tailored support, advice, education and training to help people recover and rebuild their lives.

It also offers basic services for people who need them, including hot meals, showers, a launderette, clothes, and a food bank, along with a dentist and a nurse who are available one day a week."

The Friendly Fridays team in Cheadle Heath is a weekly lifeline for many local people, a place where they came to meet others, to join in activities, to chat over a cup of tea, to share experiences and to feel part of the Friendly Friday family.

Unfortunately the centre had to close due to the coronavirus outbreak but the project team were determined that no one was left feeling alone or isolated.

They have worked really hard to keep people connected through phone calls and video calls and letters. They've done door-step deliveries, craft bags for children, food parcels for some of our more vulnerable families in Stockport.
